Commercial Concrete
in Gisborne
We take on small commercial and light industrial concreting for Gisborne businesses, builders and property managers — hardstand and yard slabs, access ways, pads and the site works that go under them. Our scope is residential, rural and small commercial, so we will tell you honestly when a job is bigger than the crew we can put on it. Talk to us about a commercial job.

One point of contact
Excavation, cartage and concrete come from the same crew, so scheduling and responsibility do not get split between contractors.
Work around your trading
Yards and access have to keep functioning. Staging the work so a site stays usable is part of the quote conversation.
Honest about scope
We are a small Gisborne crew. If a project needs more resource than we can commit, we say so at the start rather than halfway through.

How a commercial job runs
Commercial work lives or dies on staging and access. Both get worked out on site before there is a price on paper.
Straight answers
What size commercial jobs do you take on?
Small to medium — yards, hardstand, access ways, pads and light industrial floors. Our scope is residential, rural and small commercial, and we say so up front rather than over-committing.
Can the work be staged so we keep operating?
Usually. Pouring in sections so access stays open is common on commercial sites, and it gets planned at the site visit because it affects both cost and programme.
Do you do the excavation and cart-away too?
Yes. Our own digger and tipper mean the digout, material removal and base work sit in the same quote as the pour.
Can you work with our builder or project manager?
Yes — a good share of our work comes through builders. We work to their programme and deal directly with whoever is running the site.
